Fourth Meal [action]

[With the moon getting ever closer, Goku's doing his part to repel it... or destroy it - whichever happens first. Anyone who's still on the surface may feel a few extra non-moon-related tremors, and those out in the forest may hear some rather loud screaming or see some bright yellow light emitting from between the trees.]

Ka... Me... Ha... Me... HAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

[Even if you don't feel, see, or hear any of that, the massive column of light shooting out of the forest towards the moon should catch anyone's attention. If someone goes out to investigate, they'll find Goku trying to fire another Kamehameha at the moon, in his Super Saiyan Three mode. He can't stay that way for particularly long, so he returns to normal in-between shots to give himself time to recuperate.]

Man... That moon's pretty tough...

That's AWESOME! Is it kind of like a "power up" move? I have one of those too, what's your's called!?

[he had no idea Goku had a power up move. He wonders how much stronger he gets.]

I guess you could call it that, yeah! It's called becoming a Super Saiyan, and it's something that only me an' a couple of others back home can do. I wish there was a different way to get that power the first time around, but I couldn't have beaten the androids without it! So what kinda power up do you have?

Ahhh! Back home I think I'm the only one who can do mine! It's called "Gear Second"!

[He spreads his feet further apart and places his hands on his knees.]

I don't know how yours work. But mine-- [He presses down on his knees which pushes his blood to his ankles.] when I pump my blood through my body like this... [He releases the pressure on his knees and the blood releases back into his body.] it helps me to move around a lot faster.

[He does a few more pumps and steam rises from his body and his skin turns a slight shade of pink. He slams his fist into the ground.]

Gear Second!

That's pretty neat! Can you do that 'cause you're rubber, or is there some other reason?

It's 'cause I'm rubber! No one else back home could do it even if they tried!

So you're the only one that you know who ate that rubber fruit, then? They must be pretty hard to find!

[And he laughs]

Well yeah they are! There's only one to eat! Hahahaha!

You really must've got lucky, then! [Goku can't even imagine that sort of thing. Though, if it tastes terrible, it's probably for the best that there's only one of them (or so he thinks).] You can stretch and do that Gear thing - that power of yours must really come in handy!

Well at first I hated it so much! But after you get used to it it's really cool. And it's helped me out a lot since I became a pirate.

...You're a pirate? [Somehow, that didn't come up in their earlier conversation.] But I thought pirates were robots! [...he doesn't have much experience with pirates, seeing as this (http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20100218230609/dragonball/images/d/d8/PirateRobot..png) is the closest thing to a pirate that he's seen.]

ROBOTS!?

[Oh Goku. That's going to make him laugh even harder.]

Why would you think that??

Back when I was a kid, I went to this cave where a buncha pirates lived, and there was only a robot there! I figured that was a pirate, but I guess not, huh?

Well it could've been a pirate robot! I've never seen one, but I bet they look so cool! Did the one you see shoot laser beams too?

...Nope, don't think so! It had a gun for an arm, though, and it could fly!

A gun for an arm?! That's cool too! ...but I don't think it's as cool as the cyborg on my crew though.

[...]

Hey, Goku! You're at full power right now too right?

Oh, really? What sorta stuff can that cyborg friend of yours do?

Yep, I think so! I gotta say, it feels great!

He's my crew's Shipwright. He can build anything, and he can do a lot of cool stuff! I should introduce you to my crew one of these days!

Well since we're both at full power this is the perfect time to "spar" right!?? We're not gonna get another chance like this in a really long time! [Since the whole "Full power" thing happens once every blue moon in Luceti.]

That'd be great! Most of my friends aren't here right now, but I can introduce you to Bulma sometime! She's the smartest person I know!

[Goku chuckles.] Sure, that's a great idea! [It's not like the moon's moving particularly quickly anyways.] Whenever you're ready!

Alright! I know you went back home for way longer than I did, so I'm not gonna bother holding back!

[He activates Gear Second again, and aims a punch at Goku.]

Gomu Gomu no.... JET PISTOL!!! [And then he's going to launch a Haki-imbued stretched punch at Goku. However, even at full power the attack is probably about only as fast as the speed of sound. And compared to a lot of DBZ villains it probably won't be that hard hitting honestly.]

Great! [Goku can't really go all out right now, given that Super Saiyan 3 takes a lot out of him, but it's probably better this way. Instead, he'll just stay in the basic Super Saiyan state]

[Still, it's enough to allow him to catch Luffy's fist in mid-punch. The addition of Haki makes it significantly more powerful than he expected, however, so he's pushed back by it.] That's a good start! It's kind of predictable if it can only move in a straight line, though.

[He CAUGHT it? And the way he did it so effortlessly almost remind him of the time Rayleigh dodged his Jet Pistol punch while blindfolded during his training. Damn, Goku had gotten strong since he left. But he doesn't dwell on it for too long. He has to attack again and not give Goku a breather.]

JET MISSILE! [Since Goku is holding his fist he retracts his rubber arm at high speeds, sending him flying fast at Goku. Luffy holds up both of his feet as he's being pulled towards him.]

And. JET SPEAR! [And then he tries to slam both of those feet into Goku's stomach.]

That's better! [Once Luffy's gotten close enough, Goku lets go of Luffy's hand and places two fingers on his own forehead. Almost immediately after doing this, he teleports behind Luffy.] Leaves you a bit open, but that can be fixed! [He tries elbowing Luffy - he's holding back significantly, so that he wouldn't cause too much damage, but he doesn't expect the defensive abilities that Luffy's power provides.]

((OoC: Sorry it took me so long to respond - I wanted to think of a way to do this where Goku doesn't come off as a god-mode character.))

[Before Luffy's attack could even land, Goku just... disappears into thin air. But there's no way he could be that fast, he did those two moves almost simultaneously in one swift movement. But it happened. And even though Luffy can sense what Goku's about to do, he can't possibly stop it and gets elbowed to the ground.

But since he's rubber he gets up rather quickly, and jumps away to put some distance between the two. But he's still a bit shocked that he dodged in such an effortless way.]

What was that!?!?

[ooc: Oh, don't worry about it! I didn't expect Luffy to stand a CHANCE against him at all. Goku is a planet destroyer. XD So go nuts if you have to.]

Oh, that was Instant Transmission! I learned that when I was training in space. All I need to do is focus on a ki source... [He puts two fingers to his forehead again and disappears, reappearing almost instantly behind Luffy.] ...and I'll go straight to it! I can't sense any ki beyond that barrier, though, so I can't get outta it.

Instant Transmission--!?

[And then Goku disappears and appears behind him. Damn, that's faster than Gear Second. He could barely sense his movements with Haki. He turns around to face him.]

What's Ki!? Is it like Haki? How far can you sense it?
